Specialty Classes
Pilates & More

This class will improve posture and help develop core control. Exercises will help build flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination in your core, arms and legs. Every week bodyweight, stability balls, flex bands and more will be used to challenge your core strength and stability. This class is perfect for beginners or those seeking a greater development of very important core muscles.

Gentle Yin Yoga (New)

Based in concepts of Taoist Yoga, emphasizes the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. It is characterized by the relaxed practice of floor Asana's using the support of props when needed for three to five minutes at a time. Yin yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues that form our joints, allowing us to maintain and restore joint & muscle flexibility.
Some previous Yoga experience is recommended for this class.
