Fitness Rules and Regulations
  • All Member and Guests must clean and return equipment after use.
  • Proper Fitness attire must be worn at all times.
  • When using weights, do not drop the weights or barbells on the floor.
  • All Members and Guests must allow others to use equipment in between sets.
  • No food or drink is allowed.
  • Profanity will not be tolerated in the Fitness Area.
  • Trainers have the right to advise Members or Guests of safe and proper use of equipment.
  • All Members and Guests are required to shut off TV's on the Cardio equipment after use.
Termination and Cancellation

Memberships can be terminated or cancelled by either a Member and/or authorized personnel of the Riverside Club. A Member may be terminated for the following reasons:

  • Abusive verbal or physical behavior towards staff or other Members.
  • Failure to pay applicable Membership fees.
  • Deliberate destruction of facility property.
  • Failure to follow Rules and Regulations as outlined in this document.
  • Entering the premises intoxicated or impaired.
  • Theft
  • Offending Members will be given written notification of Termination.
General Member Information

A Member is a person eighteen (18) years of age or older, who has applied and paid applicable membership dues including refundable FOB deposit. Initiation fees are applicable to all new memberships. Dues and access to facility services are determined by Membership types:

  • Gold Membership — access to Fitness, Pool, Hot Tub and Tennis Courts.
  • Silver Membership — access to Fitness areas, Pool, Hot Tub, NO access to Tennis Courts.
  • Tennis Only Membership — access to Tennis Courts, Pool and Hot Tub, NO access to Fitness Areas.

Acceptance and payment of membership constitutes agreement by all Members to comply with and adhere to all General Rules and Regulations as set forth in this document. Access to the Club will be denied if membership fees are not paid. Membership fees are subject to change without notice. Members and Guest using the Club do so at their own risk.
All Membership fees and dues are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Guests

Are defined as any person/persons using the facility without a membership. Including but not limited to; Personal Training Clients, Tennis Professional Clients, Guest Pass Holders, 6 Pack Holders and Children using the pool.

All Guests are subject to the Rules and Regulations set forth in this document. Guests visiting the facility must pay the guest fee & register at the front desk. Children between the ages of 4 and 17 are allowed in the Pool ONLY when accompanied by an Adult Member at all times and must pay a guest fee. The adult to child ratio in the pool is 1:1. Dogs or other animals are not allowed in the facility. Guest privileges maybe suspended or changed if the facility is at maximum capacity.

Locker Room Etiquette

Lockers are available for rent by Members ONLY. All items kept in the Locker are at the Owners Risk. Locker fees will be collected on or before the renewal date of the locker. Failure to pay Locker fees will result in notification to the Member, followed by a 30 day grace period. Should the fee remain outstanding over 30 days the Locker contents will be removed and kept on premises for 90 days ONLY. Members and Guest MUST use the locks and combinations provided. All Members and Guest must return their used towels to bins provide. The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items. No Outdoor shoes are allowed in the Pool/Tennis or Fitness area.

Pool and Hot Tub Rules and Regulations
  • All Members and Guests must shower prior to using the Pool or Hot Tub.
  • The pool is closed during scheduled Aquatic classes except to class participants.
  • Any person with an infectious or communicable disease is prohibited from using the pool.
  • Proper swimming attire must be worn in the Pool/Hot Tub area.
  • Spitting, spouting water, blowing the nose or discharging bodily waste in the pool is prohibited.
  • No food or drink is allow in the Pool/Hot Tub area.
  • An adult member can bring one child at a time as a guest to use the pool for half of an adult guest fee.
Tennis Rules and Regulations
  • Be considerate and keep noise level down as it interferes with Condo residents.
  • Violent behavior and/or profanity on the courts will not be tolerated.
  • Members can book up to 7 days in advance, in one hour time slots.
  • Booking changes must be reported to the Front Desk.
  • All Cancellations must be made a minimum of 4 hours prior to reservation.
  • No show or late cancellations may result in lost booking privileges.
  • Bookings can only be done during the hours of Operation, not before or after. Phone messages are not considered a court booking.
  • No food or drink on the courts.
  • The maximum booking per Member is 3 times per week (from Monday to Sunday) including bookings with Fellow Members.
  • Persons wishing to use the courts must provide 30 minutes notice and make a court reservation at the Front Desk.
  • Tennis Court Lights will be turned off when the courts are not being used.
  • All Tennis Programs and/or Lessons must be Management approved.
  • Junior Tennis Lessons are permitted under the supervision of the Tennis Professional.
  • Youths between the ages of 12-17 are permitted to use the courts when accompanied by an adult member @ $10.00 pp.
  • The 9:00 pm court booking ends at 9:50 pm to ensure the Club closes at 10:00 pm.
