Specialty Classes
This class will improve posture and help develop core control. Exercises will help build flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination in your core,
arms and legs. Every week bodyweight, stability balls, flex bands and more will be used to challenge your core strength and stability.
This class is perfect for beginners or those seeking a greater development of very important core muscles.

Gentle Yoga
This class will offer some gentle stretches and relaxation. You will be guided through a series of gentle yoga poses followed by joint mobility exercises and led into relaxation through
restorative poses. No experience necessary!

Learn the basics fundamentals of Yoga poses, breathing and meditation. No experience required.

You will continue to work on Yoga fundamentals and explore yoga poses on a deeper level. You will work toward longer holds and more
