Combines a variety of high endurance exercises using the fit balls, tubing, free weights and your own body weight. This class will
challenge your muscles, improve your balance and keep you toned and flexible.
A fun, high energy strength and cardio class that uses a variety of equipment to achieve a fast and effective workout. Super set your way to a toned & trimmed body.
Replenish your energy for the week! This class is done at a slower pace allowing for the ‘calming’ Nervous System to take over and help you unwind
from a busy day. You will learn to connect to your breath and to your heart through pranayama (breath practice), asana (poses) and meditation.
Yin Yoga, based in concepts of Taoist Yoga, emphasizes the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. It is characterized by the
relaxed practice of floor Asana’s using the support of props when needed for three to five minutes at a time. Yin yoga postures gently stretch and
rehabilitate the connective tissues that form our joints, allowing us to maintain and restore joint and muscle flexibility.
